I've never been a huge Sanrio fan, but if I had to point out my 2 favorite characters it would be Kuromi and Badtz maru.

The 2 characters were sculpted in 3D using acrylic. I wanted them to be the main focus, so I kept the rest of the nails really simple making black and pink french tips with glitter and heart shaped rhinestones.
